Charlotte Wiggins

My name is Charlotte Wiggins and I am an alpine ski racer born in 2007.
I have been competitively ski racing since I was 7 and have always loved the sport.
I started skiing with my family up at Cardrona when I was 3. When I was 7 my parents put me in a holiday ski racing program at Snowplanet. I loved it, so the following Winter I did my first season training and racing with the Cardrona Alpine Ski Team representing Wanaka Snowsports Club.
I had some good results last season, finishing my last year in youth races with:
● New Zealand U16 National Slalom title
● New Zealand U16 National Super G title
● South Island female overall champion
My aim in the long run is to represent New Zealand in the World Cup and Winter Olympics. It is a long road to get there, but I am taking it one step at a time.
