Rocco Jamieson

I was born in ChCh, NZ, but now live in Wanaka with my parents and my 2 bulldogs.  I started snowboarding when I was 2 or 3yrs old.  Mum and Dad were snowboarders so they taught me to ride and Dad is still my coach today.  I ride at Cardrona over the NZ winter and then head to Europe and the USA for the Northern Hemisphere to train and compete.  I want to represent my country in the 26 winter olympics and the X Games one day.

I've been competing in World Cup slope and big air comps this season so I could try to qualify for the 2026 Winter Olympics. I also got an invite to the X Games for Big Air & Knucklehuck which was the highlight of my season.

My best achievements from the season were a 3rd in the WC Slope in NZ, a 2nd in WC Chur Big Air, 3rd in X Games Big Air and recently a 1st in the ECP in Corvatsch and also for earning enough points for the 2026 Olympics.
